Objectives | Schedule | Locations | Registration Process & Fees

Our JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT Program is aimed at performance-oriented
athletes aged 17 - 23 years who aim to compete in draft legal events. We also welcome single-sport athletes and those who are less focused on competition.

Objectives

Aligned with the "Train to Compete" and "Compete to Win" stages

of the Long-Term Athlete Development model

  • Improve fitness components (e.g., aerobic power, threshold)

  • Race-specific practices

  • Learn advanced strategies of completing a multi-sport race

  • Prepare for triathlons with draft legal cycling

  • Socialize and continue to build relationships in the sport

Winter Schedule (November - March)

Juniors choose between 11x Swims | 1x Bike | 2x Run | 2x Resistance Training &
2x Swim-Run Brick
sessions.

Juniors usually train at the same time as other age groups, so
families can train together.

Registration Process & Fees

  • You can register for group workouts for one month at a time or for an entire season (e.g., fall). For example, if you sign up for Thursday bike, you can attend every Thursday bike session that month/season. There’s no minimum commitment - sign up for just one session or as many as you like! You can adjust your selection each month/season with no contracts. We understand your busy schedule, so there’s no minimum attendance required.

  • Please not that drop-ins are currently not allowed.

  • Monthly program fees cover all costs, including facility fees. Fees are based on the number of sessions you attend each week. Simply choose your desired number of sessions and refer to the table below for the corresponding fee. For example, attending one session per week would cost $55 per month.

  • You can make up one missed session per month at no extra charge.
