What our programs have in common

They are built to fit real lives.

Whether you're juggling a busy schedule or facing unique life demands, our programs offer high-quality training, flexible scheduling and pricing, and a family-friendly environment -

so you can grow, improve, and have fun along the way.

High Quality Training for Everyone

Our NCCP-trained and certified coaches are experienced triathletes who deliver high-quality, adaptable sessions - guided by the Long Term Athlete Development model, the "Active for Life" approach and the Tri-CHAMPS philosophy - all while keeping it fun.

Athletes of all ages, experience levels and goals.

Flexible Schedule & Pricing

Each month, you choose what you do, how often, and when.
Join group sessions, opt for personalized coaching - or combine both.
Pricing adjusts to your plan.

Family-friendly

In most sessions parents and kids can train at the same time - fitness made family-friendly!

Life Circumstances

We value the individual contribution each athlete brings to the team, but keep commitment minimal, making it easy for those with busy schedules, irregular work hours, or long commutes to participate whenever it works for them.
